The collar can adjust the angle. My cat likes it very much. It is so fun to play with itself. I can also wear it on my hand, play with my cat, and fall asleep after playing.
My order arrived 3 weeks earlier than aliexpress' estimate so I can confirm that the shipping rate is very fast! They fit comfortably on the foot and are snug enough that you don't have to worry about them flying off your foot, plus the soles have little grips which is a nice addition :) I have a wider foot shape but haven't found that to be an issue and I would say that the sizing is accurate. As a bonus, the slippers are kitty approved, too!
